Who we are. White Bridge Advisors & Co. (“White Bridge Advisors”, “we”, “us”) is a boutique executive search and advisory firm incorporated in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What data we collect. We may collect personal data when you apply for a role, respond to an approach from us, share your CV or other personal information with us, receive a referral or recommendation, or otherwise interact with us in connection with our recruitment activities. We may also obtain professional information from LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms, publicly available sources, or other third parties as part of our recruitment activities. The information we may collect includes: your name and contact details; CV, employment history, professional experience and qualifications; references and other information provided by you or your referees; interview notes and assessment results; recordings of interviews or screening calls, where applicable; technical information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, including through cookies and analytics tools; and any other information you choose to provide.
Why we process your data.
- Assess your suitability for current roles and opportunities that may be relevant to your profile;
- Consider you for other current or future roles or opportunities that may be relevant to your profile, including retaining your details in our internal candidate database for this purpose;
- Share relevant candidate profiles with our client organisations as part of our executive search services, where relevant to your profile or a potential opportunity;
- Conduct reference checks and background verification where applicable and with appropriate notice;
- Support internal training and quality assurance, and maintain detailed records of recruitment discussions for internal follow-up and process improvement;
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
- Send you market insights, industry developments, newsletters, and information about White Bridge Advisors and its services, where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with your consent.
Legal basis for processing. We process your personal data on the basis permitted by applicable data protection law, which may include your consent where required, our legitimate interests in operating an executive search business and maintaining a candidate database, and compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations. Where applicable, including where the GDPR applies, we will comply with the requirements of that law.
International Data Transfers. As a UAE-based firm working with international clients and candidates, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the United Arab Emirates where our clients or service providers are located. Where required by applicable data protection law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, which may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or other legally recognised safeguards.
Data retention. As an executive search firm, we have a legitimate business interest in maintaining a candidate database containing profiles that may be relevant to current or future search mandates. We therefore retain candidate data for as long as reasonably necessary for our executive search activities and the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We periodically review candidate information and may update, anonymise or delete data that is no longer relevant or necessary. Candidates may request the deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to data portability where applicable; and, where processing is based on your consent, to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority where permitted by applicable law.

Accuracy of Information. You confirm that all information, documents, and representations you provide to White Bridge Advisors, including your CV, work history, qualifications, and references, are true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. White Bridge Advisors & Co. (“White Bridge Advisors”, “we”, “us”) reserves the right to verify any information provided and to withdraw a candidate from consideration if information is later found to be false or misleading.
Use of Your Data. By applying for a role, responding to an approach from White Bridge Advisors, or voluntarily providing your CV or other personal information to us through LinkedIn, email, this career page, or any other communication channel, you acknowledge that White Bridge Advisors may collect, store, use, and process your personal data for the purposes of: (a) assessing your suitability for specific roles or opportunities for which your profile may be relevant; (b) considering you for other current or future roles or opportunities that may be relevant to your profile, including retaining your details in our internal candidate database for this purpose; (c) sharing your profile, CV, and assessment materials with our client organisations for the purpose of executive search and recruitment mandates, where relevant to your profile or a potential opportunity; (d) conducting reference checks and background verification, where applicable and with appropriate notice.

Recorded Conversations. Interviews, screening calls, and other conversations conducted as part of the recruitment process may be recorded from time to time for legitimate internal purposes, including training, quality assurance, and ensuring that relevant information, context, and details shared during our discussions are accurately captured and not lost. This helps us maintain a high standard of service and ensure appropriate and consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment process. Recordings may be reviewed and used internally by White Bridge Advisors for these purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law. Recordings will not be shared with client organisations or other external parties, except where required by law.
Communication and Video-Conferencing Platforms. As part of our recruitment process, we may communicate with candidates using third-party communication, telephone, messaging, or video-conferencing services. Depending on the service used, the relevant provider may process certain technical and usage information, such as IP address, device information, connection data, or information necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the service. Such processing may be subject to the provider’s own privacy policy and applicable data protection law. White Bridge Advisors will take reasonable steps to use reputable service providers and to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
No Guarantee of Employment. Contacting or communicating with White Bridge Advisors, providing your CV or other personal information, participating in an interview or recruitment process, or being included in our candidate database does not constitute an offer of employment or any guarantee of employment, placement, engagement, or compensation.
Data Protection. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
