Managing Director
Alessio leads White Bridge Advisors & Co. with nearly a decade of experience in executive search and strategic advisory. He works with family offices, UHNWIs, wealth and investment management firms, and high-growth ventures worldwide, helping them build leadership teams, enhance strategic direction, and navigate selective growth opportunities.
Alessio partners with organizations across the Middle East, Europe, the U.S., and Asia. His philosophy is guided by discretion, accountability, and long-term partnerships. Known for cultivating honest, meaningful relationships, he acts as both a hands-on headhunter and a trusted advisor, enabling clients not only to secure exceptional leaders but also to build successful organizations.
Outside of work, Alessio is a devoted husband and father of two. An occasional painter and lifelong learner with a passion for history and culture, he enjoys cooking for family and friends and speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French.
A sports and jazz enthusiast with a passion for Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley, he brings the same genuine warmth and curiosity to life that he brings to his work.

Mary Frances brings over a decade of experience in recruitment, HR, and consulting, developed across international and multicultural environments. At White Bridge Advisors & Co., she leads operations and client relations, ensuring that every mandate is delivered with precision, discretion, and a genuine focus on partnership.
Her track record spans legal and corporate advisory and talent management, supporting organizations in complex and dynamic sectors. With a law background and a career throughout Europe and Latin America, Mary Frances has learned to navigate diverse and demanding contexts. She speaks English, Spanish and Italian, enabling her to connect with clients and stakeholders across the globe.
Her intercultural sensitivity, pragmatism, and attention to detail make her a key partner in driving growth and coordinating the firm’s activities.
Beyond her professional role, Mary Frances is a loving wife and the proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys traveling, fitness, and yoga. Her positive energy and natural warmth reflect the human-centered approach she brings to every interaction, blending professionalism with authenticity.
